We had a great experience during our last tenancy. Bree was our property manager and she was always so helpful and lovely. She gave us all support we needed. Several years ago the real estate agent who had been looking after the rental of my property while I was living and working overseas and retired just as the lease was about to expire and I was notified that the current tenants had decided to rent another property elsewhere.
I asked my agent for a referral to another agent and he referred Sam Cortez who went to my property when it was open for prospective tenants to view.
Sam took charge of the process and it wasn't long before I had a list of proposed tenants to choose from.
Since that time, while I have continued to live overseas, the Cortes Management team have given me excellent service. The property inspection reports were very thorough.

Near the end of 2003 I decided to sell my house and engaged the Cortes sales team. Sam recommended a settlement agent and took me meticulously through the process with email notifications when needed. The sale was settled on the 30th of November 2023.

Cortes Management Group were great compared to the previous Property Management Company I was with. CMG always had my rent money paid on time, whereas I had several late payments with the previous company. CMG always did inspections on time and were thorough and quick in sending me the report.
